Entry Requirements
(1) Applicants should be non-Chinese citizens with valid passport, with good moral conduct, in good health, in friendly relation with China and observe Chinese laws, regulations and university’s rules and regulations. Applicants who have already resided in China should apply 40 days before the expiration of residence permit.
(2) If both parents or one of the parents of the applicant are Chinese citizens and reside in a foreign country, the applicant shall have foreign nationality at birth and shall hold a valid foreign passport or nationality certificate for at least 4 years. In addition, applicants must provide a record of at least 2 years of actual residence in a foreign country during the last 4 years (April 30, 2018 to April 30, 2022). The actual residence of more than 9 months in a year can be counted as one year, subject to the entry and exit signatures. For residences of mainland China, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan who immigrated to foreign countries and are applying as international students, please refer to the requirements above.
(3) Applicants should reach the admission requirements, such as grades, academic level and language proficiency.
(4) Language proficiency requirements:
Chinese-spoken Programs: HSK-4 180 (at least)
(5) Applicants for Bachelor: Academic credentials equivalent to Chinese senior high school.
